Add and Assign Email Storage Blocks on Business and Enterprise Email plans

To Add Email Storage Blocks to an Order

1: Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased the Business Email Order and go to the Order Information view. 

2: Click on Email Storage.

3: Click on Buy Email Storage.

4: Mention the number of Email Storage Blocks you want to add in the Add Blocks field.

5: Click on Proceed to Payment.

6: Proceed to pay for the Invoice generated.

NOTE: You can assign a block storage to an email account from the email management dashboard post purchase.

Assign Storage Blocks to an Email Account

1: Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased the Business Email Order and go to the Order Information view. 

2: Click Manage Email Accounts.

3: On the email management dashboard, click Manage Users/Accounts.

4: Click Edit, for the email address you wish to increase the storage. 

5: Under the Additional Storage Blocks, add the number of blocks you would like to assign to the email account. You can only assign available storage blocks to an email account.
