How do I manage Free SSL for Windows Hosting?

Step 1: Login to the Plesk Panel

Step 2: Enable the SSL certificate

  • You can secure your website with SSL while adding a new domain name by selecting the check box for Secure the domain with Let’s Encrypt and providing a recovery email address.
  • Alternately, you can click on Let’s Encrypt under the domain’s hosting management panel.
  • Enter email address to be used for key recovery, select the other options as required and click on Install.
  • Step 3: Enable redirection from HTTP to HTTPS
  • Click on Hosting Settings.
  • Click on the Security section and ensure SSL/TLS support is enabled and Permanent redirection from HTTP to HTTPS has been enabled and the Lets Encrypt certificate for the domain name is selected.
  • Click on Apply to complete the setup.
  • You will see the following message on successfull installation.
