There are two ways you can access Email for Corporate Mail Server
1> Webmail: webmail.sysmic.email
2> Using any Mail Client (Outlook / Android Mail / Thunderbird / IOS Mails Settings)
The setting for a Mail client is:
POP Server: pop.us-east.atmailcloud.com
Incoming mail server port (POP):
TLS – 110
SSL – 995
IMAP Server: imap.us-east.atmailcloud.com (ideally used for Mobiles)
Incoming mail server port (IMAP): 143
SSL – 993
SMTP Server: smtp.us-east.atmailcloud.com
TLS – 25 or 587
SSL – 465
User Name / Account Name: complete Email id
For Outlook and Thunderbird: My server requires Authentication should be checked in Advance option.
